Where the
nervous system
comes home.

A sanctuary concept for the Aegean — built for stillness, breath, and return.

— Prologue

The Aegean has long offered escape. We are proposing something rarer — a return. A place built not around entertainment, but around the body's quiet need for rhythm: to breathe deeply, to sleep without weight, to eat slowly with strangers who become familiar.

The property from above, looking south across the bay: terraced stone, infinity pools, olive and cypress.
— 01 · The Place

Carved into the cliff,
above a quiet bay.

Marmaris holds something Bodrum and the Cyclades have already lost — a coastline of untouched bays still framed by olive and cypress. The property sits within this rhythm: terraced stone, sea on three sides, mountain at the back.

Forty minutes from Dalaman International. Ninety from Bodrum. A four-hour flight from every European capital.

A sequence,
not a programme.

Sunrise breathwork on the cliff platform, a group seated in white linen above the bay.

Breathat the edge.

Each morning begins on the cliff platform. Guided breathwork, a single singing bowl, and the slow rise of the sun across the bay. No agenda after — guests stay, walk, or sit in silence for as long as it takes.

The Sound Dome — a vaulted earthen chamber lit by a single circle of sky, gongs and crystal bowls below.

Stillnessbeneath the oculus.

The Sound Dome — a vaulted earthen chamber lit by a single circle of sky. Gong baths, crystal singing bowls, and acoustic sessions designed to drop the body out of fight-or-flight within minutes. The architectural centrepiece, and the moment most guests will remember.

The reinterpreted hammam: a stone tub beneath an oculus skylight, brass fixtures, warm light.
iii.

Returnthrough water.

A reinterpreted Turkish bath. Hot stone, cold plunge, warm rinse — the body brought back into itself through temperature, touch, and silence. Treatments developed in collaboration with therapists from Istanbul and Marrakech.

— 03 · The Experience

Twenty-four hours,
shaped by light.

A suite: limewashed walls, an arched doorway to the sea, a linen bed and little else.
Suites · 24 keys Limewash, linen, oak — a bed, a view, and almost nothing else.
The cliff pool at golden hour: sun-warmed stone, sea-fed water, a single cypress and terracotta urns.
The Cliff Pool Sun-warmed stone, sea-fed water, a single cypress as a clock.
The studio, open to the sea: linen curtains, low benches, light across a bare floor.
The Studio Open to the sea — yoga, breathwork, sound, mat-based therapy.
The long communal table at night, under a bougainvillea pergola lit by candles.
The Long Table One menu, one table, one seating — Aegean produce, slow fire, candlelight.
— 04 · The Opportunity

A category gap,
not a competitive one.

Marmaris currently sits between mass-market all-inclusive and adequate premium. Nothing in the bay occupies the quiet luxury / nervous-system wellness space that drives Habitas, Scorpios, and Six Senses — properties achieving €600–€1,200 ADRs in comparable Mediterranean coastlines. Nefes is positioned to be the first.
